Description: 

When attempting to select one of the stations for synchronization, the screen keeps gray without showing any results.


Solution:  

Validate that the site is active. To do this, enter the Backend URL in the browser and add “/swagger” at the end. Example: https://demoappmobile.spcpro.com:8444/swagger.

If a page like the one shown below loads, it means the site is operational.


If we are unable to access the site from the browser, check: 

Connection to the server where the Backend is installed (check for any Firewall blocks).

Backend configuration on the server. Refer to the installation course.


Next thing to do if backend site works is to restart the IIS Server to ensure the proper startup of complementary services.


In some cases, the lack of an Certificate Authority (CA)  can cause synchronization issues, so it is recommended to install it on the devices so that the site is recognized as secure and allows the traffic of all packets required to deploy the stations.

Once the requirement is installed, we should see something like this on the site:

At this point, we should be able to access the stations. Otherwise a full restart of the IIS server machine may be required.
